Monthly Business Meeting

January 26, 2023

6:24 call to order – Joey Ferguson (Chair), Rick Caisse(Vice Chair), and Patrick Leistner (Treasurer) present.

Treasurer Report:

2022 – $2,139.99 in the bank at the end of 2022, $250 alloted for a cornhole tournament (TBD) 

Old Business:

Guest speaker coming up – Joe Townsend (Feb 23rd old Mexico Parker) 

Motions:

1.) Move to contribute $200 to officially support David’s campaign for county commissioners. Passed. 

2.) To adopt the following constitution and bylaws for the party. Passed.

3.) To sponsor a vendor table for $200 at a semi professional wrestling event. Passed.

4.) $250 to sponsor “Moms for Liberty” with LPBC logo on their shirt. Passed.

Rick Caisse elected for Vice Chair 

Joel Holstegge elected for Secretary 

Patrick Leistner elected for Treasurer
