No Quorum For January Meeting

To all who came last Thursday, we say, “Thank You.” As you know, we couldn’t proceed having our first meeting of 2022. I was out sick. Vice Chairman Richard Caisse couldn’t make the meeting either.

Our local and LPF charter says, three of our four elected officers must be present; making a quorum. If no such total is present, a meeting can’t be called. So, the LPBC apologizes to those who came, expecting a meeting. We thank you for your loyalty and passion for local liberty; as we discussed all socially.
