Special Quorum Zoom Meeting, March 28, 2022

6:02 PM: Joey Ferguson (Chairman), Patrick Leistner (Treasurer) and David Agosta (Secretary) met.

We discussed allocating funds, to improve LP Bay’s Website. Brevard County LP Officer Mari Peele, offered to help set-up site betterments; once site improvement kit was bought.

6:04: Joey agreed with the purchase, along with David. Patrick reminded us the purchase price, was $59.00. He suggested LP Bay allocates $75.00 instead. This is in case sales tax isn’t included, in purchase. We all agreed, so Patrick made a motion to purchase. David seconded and unanimous vote of “I” was recorded.

LP Bay will purchase the conversion kit.

6:05: Joey asked was their any new discussion. David spoke and tendered his resignation, as Secretary.

He said LP Bay is where it needs to be, for fast growth. Joey and Patrick brought more zeal and enthusiasm, to LP Bay, in their short time; as Chairman and Treasurer. He felt he could do no more, to fast forward LP Bay’s momentum.

Joey and Patrick thanked David, for five years of service. They welcomed any endeavor, he could do to help.

With David’s resignation, an opening is in the Secretary’s Office. Discussion of filling the vacancy, will come at our April Meeting.

6:08: With no further discussion, Joey made a motion to adjourn. In his final meeting act of Secretary, David seconded. Passed unanimously and meeting adjourned.
