Monthly Business Meeting

April 21, 2022

1. Introduction and call to Order – R. J. Ferguson

Mr. Ferguson delivered introductory remarks and then called the meeting to order at 

7:00PM.

2. Quorum Call – R. J. Ferguson

Mr. Ferguson took roll and determined that quorum was met.  

3. Old Business – 
   • Previous meeting minutes from March were presented, Patrick Leistner moved to pass the minutes, Joey Ferguson seconded, passed unanimously. 
   • Patrick Leistner gave the Treasurer’s Report, the party bank account had a balance of $2,127.71 as of March 31, 2022.  
   • Patrick Leistner discussed with the group the updates to the new website, everyone agreed it was looking much more professional and fitting of a quality organization.  He continued on the progress of the postcard campaign and noted that he had received three responses from about thirty sent out so far.  
   • Future events were discussed.  A bar crawl has been planned as the next event for May 7th in St. Andrew’s.  Discussed the next Highway Cleanup event on June 4th in St. Andrew’s.  The next meeting was set for May 19th at 6:00PM at Taco Way in Lynn Haven, a potential guest speaker was mentioned, but confirmation was not received at time of meeting.  Other potential events discussed including a bed building charity event, a serving the homeless charity event, a cornhole tournament, and another social event in Lynn Haven 

4. General Announcements – Joey Ferguson asked if anyone would be willing to step up to help take on some social media roles, a few people mentioned they’d be interested.

5. Adjournment – Patrick Leistner called to adjourn the meeting, Joey Ferguson seconded, passed unanimously.
